What started as a crazy idea between friends — to turn a 500-horsepower Ford Focus RS into a street-legal, luxury adventure machine — became one of the most unforgettable experiences you can have on four wheels.
We didn’t build this for everyone.
We built it for the curious, the bold, and the ones who like their comfort served with a side of adrenaline.

We’re connected to 24x7 Taxi Station, ensuring full compliance with Icelandic transport laws, but we operate independently with our own style and spirit.
Your driver and guide, Bence, is a professional chauffeur, tour guide, and car enthusiast with over a decade of experience driving Iceland’s toughest and most scenic routes.
He’s calm behind the wheel, serious about safety, and occasionally funny on purpose.

Born and raised in Hungary, Bence joined ventures with Daniel in 2021.
With years of experience in operations management for well-known companies and a lifelong obsession with cars, he is now the lead driver and managing director of Race Taxi Iceland.
“I’ve already been part of a few of Daniel’s wild ideas, but this one definitely tops them all.
Driving and car culture are my biggest passions — so working in this field isn’t just logical, it’s inevitable.
Thanks to our shared vision, this crazy idea became something real:
a fast, fun office on four wheels.”

Born and raised in Hungary, Daniel has called Iceland home for the past 16 years.
After more than a decade in the Icelandic tourism industry, he decided it was time for something new — something bold.
That’s how Race Taxi went from a dream into reality.
“I always wanted to do this. Maybe I just never had the courage before — or maybe I never believed a wild, childlike dream like this could actually happen.
But here we are!
I’ve always had crazy business ideas for breakfast, but this might just be the craziest one yet.
Life’s too short not to live it with passion.”
