4. Vehicle Disclaimer

The Race Taxi vehicle is a modified performance car.
Modifications may affect sound levels, suspension stiffness, and general comfort.
The vehicle is maintained according to manufacturer and safety standards; however, by participating, the client understands that performance vehicles can experience unforeseen mechanical or technical issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Icelandic and EU law:

• Race Taxi Iceland and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of property, or travel disruption.
